Since working with my first Hypnobirthing Mamma back in 2015 and before that working with numerous mums who were scared of birth, I felt a call to share that a calm and peaceful birth is the birthright of every woman as i rightly learned from my 2015 Hypnobirthing Mamma.
Modern culture depicts birth as a very traumatic and painful event. This is not how it is meant to be! Physiologically, the female body knows how to give birth, after all it knows how to develop a baby inside all by itself.
The KG Hypnobirthing Method course is a complete antenatal course as it covers all stages. It is designed to help you embrace the very instinctual and natural way of giving birth that is already ingrained in you. Allowing you and your baby to birth in an atmosphere of peace and calm.
Every mum i speak to wants to and feel in control of her birth (and YOU CAN!) You just need to do your research and become knowledgeable about birth, and using the relaxing and breathing techniques you’ll learn, you’ll make informed choices that YOU want to happen.
We had our baby girl 6 days ago … an unplanned homebirth because I hadn’t realised how far I’d progressed because I was coping so well. So calm an experience it had been, that our baby girl was actually born with her waterbag still intact and a 10/10 APGAR rating! I got to cuddle her as soon as she was born and the umbilical cord pulsed for a good 20 minutes between us. I gave my baby what I know to be the best start possible in life.Cindy and Chris
We gave birth in Manly (Australia) hospital, and the midwives there were just amazing. Lisa was just incredible and you would have been very proud of her calm and serene manner in which she birthed. I shaped up too, and delivered the first twin into the world. (I’ve had the honour of receiving all my children, thanks to the confidence KG Hypnobirthing has given me over all the years).Thank you again for all the amazing experiences you have helped us achieve… I wish the entire world knew about this and had the opportunity to follow it.

I went straight into a woman who was in early labour – it was clear when we met her that she was further along than that. I encouraged her to stand and lean over the bed, got some aromatherapy oils, massaged her back around the sacrum, then tried feather stroking massage on her back, got her partner to join in, so we were doing both types of massage at the same time for a while. She then said she wanted to push, I encouraged her to work with her body and just let it happen. She started to doubt herself, saying the baby wasn’t going to come, I said positive affirmations like “your body knows how to do this” “trust your body”. Soon we saw the head. 20 minutes later, she delivered her placenta without drugs, tiny graze from where the hand had come out alongside head, no stitches required. Afterwards I told her and her husband I had used hypnobirthing. They were both so happy with the experience especially compared with the first time.JanMidwife
We have been graced with the most beautifully relaxed and contented daughter which we are so thankful for. Her calm personality ‘we are sure’ is a direct result of the techniques and guidance we received from you during our course in May.As the husband (and birth partner!!) I felt in complete control of the room and discussed with the midwife our exact ideas for the day and how WE wanted it to progress. This allowed my wife to concentrate fully on the act of birthing our child, which as you would have expected went perfectly to plan, 2 hours from arrival at the birth centre Liz was born in the pool to 2 ecstatic parents.
